Hi, I'm James/Picadilly/Whatever you want me to be

I was born in June of 2003, I'm 23 as of writing this. I work in a factory and I'm a union officer (IAM), though I plan on quitting this job soon to get a welding certificate from a nearby technical college -- it leads to better paying jobs and it's a more transferable skill.

I'm a WELS Lutheran and a Communist. I do hate labels, but for sake of understanding the closest "ideology" I align with is Council Communism, but really communism is not an ideology. Communism is the study of the economic sphere and its effects; communism is a science, not an ideology one ascribes to.

I have a few hobbies and interests. Cooking, baking, reading, and writing are my most common activites. I also occasionally do carpentry, mostly making my own furniture (bookcases, desks, etc.) when it's needed. It's not really cheaper but it's sturdier (in theory) and I can custom-fit it to my needs. I'm also a big fan of thrifting, antiquing, and prowling estate clearing houses. You can get crazy finds there sometimes and cheap quality furniture.
